Options for the Sony A200 Zoom?
You already have a 75-300 objective, but will approach shots without allowing a goal super expensive. Read a little about 2x Converter Lens wondering if someone could make possible recommendations. My photos are currently very strong and do not want poor quality. Could shoot wildlife and type of portrait. I looked at some of equipment used sites (BH & KEH) and see there are plenty of Minolta and Tamron at very good, but I'm not sure lenses give me what I'm looking for – I am a true fan.
Sony offers SAL14TC and 1.4 teleconverter 2.0x Tele SAL20TC. As they are matched to its target, should not lose much more if the quality. What is lost, however, is the speed of the target. With 1.4 of its F4.5-5.6 becomes an f6.3-8.0 target and the objective 2.0 x becomes a lens f9.0-11.2. You can also use manual focus.
